Jez Colborne and the Mind the Gap Band emerged from Mind the Gap's 2015 production CONTAINED. The show featured songs written by internationally recognised musician and composer, Jez Colborne including the identity anthem 'I'm Me'.

Since then, the band has performedat venues including Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park; Sage, Gateshead; and various festivals and club nights across the country.
